LETSCOOK GLOSSARY
Garlic
Garlic is one of the most frequently used ingredients. It is sold in bulbs, and typically you will use one or more of the cloves (the segemnts from the bulb). You can break the bulbs apart by hand to separate the cloves.

To prepare a clove, cut of the top and tail, and then use a knife or your hand to firmly push down on the clove. This should loosen the skin, making it easy to remove. You can then chop or crush the garlic clove, depending on the recipe.
